Learn about the connection between portrait poses and dance, in a program inspired by the exhibition, Portraits of the World: Switzerland.
Led by the Portrait Gallerys choreographer-in-residence, Dana Tai Soon Burgesss dance company members, participants will create dances inspired by portraits of some of America's greatest modern dance pioneers. The workshop will focus on a guided approach to making dances inspired by the portraiture.
For kids 8 - 10 years old.
